All copyrights belong to the artist who created the work. The license to reproduce the work as prints belongs to Eyes On Walls.
Please note that copyright and/or license to reprint is not transferred to buyers of prints or original artworks.

Artists receive an agreed-upon commission from all sales of their work sold through Eyes On Walls.

We work with a small and carefully chosen group of artists and we invest in actively promoting their work.
For this reason we are very selective about the artists we add to our line, adding only a few new artists each year.
The majority of our artists have been selected by hand but we will review submissions.

Eyes On Walls was founded on decades of art industry experience which means that you will receive a superior product in every way.
All of our paper, mats and frames are acid-free and of archival quality to prevent deterioration and discoloration.

As long as you take proper care of your art, it will last a lifetime.

Limited Edition Prints are printed in a set number and then signed and numbered by the artist, never to be released again in that format.

Each contains a Certificate of Authenticity - a card that accompanies each Eyes On Walls limited edition print listing the artwork title, how many were printed and the print's number in the edition. It is signed by a representative from Eyes On Walls to ensure that it is the Real Deal.

Yes. We trim each print to fit the image so your print will arrive without a white border.
However Limited Edition Prints usually have a border with the artist's signature and the edition number.

Art should always be kept out of direct sunlight, heat, humidity and moisture.
Our Art Block products are sealed with a laminate coating that provides an extra layer of protection but use caution when exposing it.

All printed Eyes On Walls products are hand-made in Montreal, Canada.
All of our products are produced when you order them, on-demand, to avoid waste and keep our prices low.
We go out of our way to use only the highest quality materials and processes.

When you buy a product from Eyes On Walls, you are buying a superior art product that will be treasured for years and years.

We keep our framing and finishing options simple.
If you are looking for a custom and specific framing option, we encourage you to order a rolled Fine Art Print from us and bring it to a local custom framer to have it finished to your specifications.

Discounts can not be applied to orders placed before or after the promotional period.

Our prices are set to be a good value without constantly offering discounts and running sales.
If you follow our brand you are aware that we rarely run sales and never run excessive discounts.

For returns please contact CustomerCare@EyesOnWalls.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted for either store credit of the full order value including shipping, or a full refund less our actual shipping costs.

Each Artwork we produce and package is made out specifically for each customer.
For this reason once an order has been placed we are unable to change, exchange or cancel orders.
However if you receive a damaged item simply notify us within 5 business days of date of receipt/delivery by the transport company and we will take all necessary measures to correct the situation.

Image use must be cleared first with the artist and then with the licensing department at Eyes On Walls.
